ILOV GRATE is a performance artist and movement facilitator who centers the unification of sensuality, sexuality, and spirituality. For more than a decade she has created solo shows, performed in burlesque productions, and led erotic dance workshops.

ILOV writes, produces, and performs one person shows and uses the stage as a platform for self healing. In her latest creation, Celebrated Sinner, she weaves words in vignettes while employing poetry and improvised dance. This autobiographical piece shares the story of how a ‘fresh little girl’ raised Catholic in the south learned to shed shame through seductive words, erotic dance and kink exploration. To create connection, ILOV enjoys eliminating the fourth wall to co-create the experience of her performance with audiences.

In the NYC nightlife scene, ILOV is known as The Queen of Lap Dance and uses the erotic art form as a tool of empowerment and communication. Her appearances are captivating, seductive, and feature audience interaction. This persona came from years of teaching pole and lap dance as a moving meditation in place of choreography.
